SHIPPING INFO Usually we ship orders within ten days of ordering, however as many of our pieces are made to order, please allow two to three weeks for dispatch. Public holidays or production issues may add another couple of days to this, but usually we ship things out much sooner.  If you need something urgently, please get in touch - we'll do our best to help. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. Please ensure you enter a correct address where it is safe to receive packages, and select a insured shipping service if you are concerned. U.S. ORDERS U.S. orders with a value under $50 ship via USPS First Class Mail, unless requested otherwise. Due to the risk of parcels getting lost in the mail, orders of over $50 only ship via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, and items should be received within 2 - 5 business days of shipping. Express mail is available upon request. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We ship worldwide! International orders ship via First Class Mail, which has a delivery estimate of two weeks, but can take up to five. First class offers the best shipping prices, but it is not insured or trackable. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for uninsured items which are lost in the mail. Priority mail is also available, so if you require a faster service or would like insurance, please select that. Priority usually arrives internationally within 10 days, though USPS doesn’t guarantee this timeframe and it can take longer. If you live outside the US, you may be charged customs fees or import duties on international mail, depending on your country's rules. These charges are unfortunately beyond our control and not covered by our shipping charges. We are not responsible for any customs or duties incurred. If you are concerned, we recommend researching your country's rules for receiving goods shipped from the US before placing an order. International orders may also be delayed by customs processing, which again unfortunately is out of our control.  Once a shipment has left the US, it is handled by the recipient country's postal service, not USPS; if you have questions about your tracking, customs fees, or other aspects of your delivery, you will need to contact your local postal service for information. . RETURNS & EXCHANGES As almost all our products are handmade and made to order, we unfortunately can't offer returns or exchanges, unless we’ve made an error in the order. We go to every effort to make our products the best they can be, and we will be happy to repair or replace anything that should break or be damaged. for shirts orders AND for Mug orders My tee shirts / Printed mugs are all made to order… taking a maximum of 10 days for us to complete and another 3 to 5 days to be shipped to you.
